Refund: Each activity shall have an originating document, such as a registration form, contract, information sheet, permit, etc. Such forms shall contain relevant activity information, an acknowledgement, a release of liability, and a refund policy.
To facilitate a refund, the person to whom the original receipt was issued must completed a Request for Refund Form bearing their name, address, and signature. The original receipt must accompany the Request for Refund. Any Refund issued will be made payable to the person whom the original receipt was issued. Refunds take approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks, will be made by check only, and will be mailed to the address of the person listed on the Request for Refund Form.
We do not provide cash/credit refunds.
Refunds will not be offered or provided for Special Event Registration Fees or Special Events Vendor Fees.
