George Wilson Park Tubing Hill

Named for a Mishawaka High School athletic coach in the 1950s-1960s, the park features 54.3 acres of rolling hills, lush tall trees, a playground and scenic views of Mishawaka and South Bend. In 1990, a disc golf course was installed, which hosted the 1996 PDGA Disc Golf World Championships and continues to host several disc golf tournaments throughout the year. The park also hosts excellent snow tubing hills for the winter months, its signature 55’ teepee-like windbreak structure overlooks the park, while providing shelter from the bitter cold winter weather. The warming room shelter features a gas fireplace and restrooms. Visit George Wilson Park and get back in touch with nature today!
